In executive coaching, our attention is directed toward the owner of businesses with revenues of up to $70 million a year. We also work with the executives of larger public companies. Most executive coaching takes place on the telephone.

With these two groups (owners, and other executives), executive coaching helps the individual develop processes that enhance employee productivity, retention, organizational profitability, customer retention, work-life balance, career development and promotion.

We are skilled business process analysts. We can lead the inquiry to identify profit choke-points in a company.

An effective employee selection program can improve company results. Surveys and other instruments designed and validated through Target Training International, LTD, have a proven record in the selection, development and retention of great employees. We are certified by TTI to administer and interpret the reports generated by these processes
