Interviewing, un-aided by the insights gained through employee assessment, is rated at less than 20% effective in getting the job-person fit right. What a waste of resources!!


Each DISC assessment creates a report of more than 20 pages including charts and graphs. Additionally, I provide a telephone de-brief for up to 1 hour. The de-brief will assist in understanding the report. I will support you in applying the insights to develop a strategy to leverage your style in achieving your goals.

Managing For Success® DISC
If you elect to become a coaching client, I will apply your payment for the DISC to your first quarter coaching fee. Relationship Insights

Executive Version
The job of being an executive is different from other jobs because of the many hats that most executives wear. Employee-Manager Version
Our most popular report! Gives valuable information to the employee, the manager and the work team. Sales Version
A behavioral assessment geared specifically toward salespeople. Takes into account the crucial differences between salespeople and other groups of employees. Team Building Version

This instrument is a MUST! It compliments every other report by measuring the relative prominence of 6 basic interests or motives: theoretical, economic, aesthetic, social, political and traditional values. No interviewer (no matter how experienced!) can accurately determine a candidate's values. This report helps individuals scientifically understand the driving forces behind their decisions - and for this reason, should ALWAYS be included with your Assessment reports.

Sales Strategy Index (SSI) and The Interactive Sales Strategy Index (ISSI)
Covers 6 different steps in the sales process: Prospecting, First Impressions, Qualifying, Demonstration, Influence and Closing. Focuses sales training on identified needs. Builds confidence. Allows managing and coaching to focus on areas that produce results. Identifies the sales knowledge areas needed to sell a specific product/service in a given market. Identifies new sales applicant's strengths and weaknesses. Identifies specific training or management needs of a salesperson or an entire sales force. Available in a CD-ROM version with acted scenarios, and random question presentation order.

Retail Interactive Coach
