Ltd (TTI). Among the TTI-based products are the DISC-centered
Managing For Success® series, a widely accepted methodology
for characterizing individual behavior. The DISC process reports
on the behavioral style of the participant. The briefing process
provides insights and strategies to optimize communication
and effectiveness.
While the Managing For Success® process is the lead product,
TTI offers many people-oriented instruments that support the
selection and development of employees, well-suited to the
unique demands of positions in your organization. With the
guided use of these products, companies and supervisory personnel
can greatly improve the effectiveness and retention of well-motivated

Facilitation
JJM
Enterprises is prepared to facilitate Industry Association
meetings. Most associations conduct small group meetings during
annual conferences. Meetings have often been chaired
by members who are learning the facilitation skills needed
for the sought-after outcomes. Many do not achieve the desired
outcome- decisions, or agreement, or compromise and agreement.
We have the experience and the know-how to make a major difference
in the satisfaction participants feel about their sub-committee
meeting attendance. With that satisfaction often comes member
retention. Facilitation may be directed toward achievement
of the specific meeting objective. It could also include improvement
of the decision-making process itself. The improvement of
process is more often a longer range outcome of on-going intervention
with the committee as a group.
These Industry conferences can also include some opportunity
for the managers and other officials of member companies to
be exposed to some of the advanced thinking and best practices
of companies in other industries. Education session can be
developed to target particular interests of groups of conference
attendees. This permits the organizer of the conference to
rest assured that specific time slots in the agenda will be
handled professionally, with the aim of making the organizer
look like a genius.
