Satisfaction Guarantee

One of the features of my practice is that I offer a guarantee of satisfaction. I back that guarantee by an offer to refund the coaching fees for the current month.

If you judge that our coaching relationship isn't proving to be effective for you, either because our styles are not a match, or because you feel that I have not delivered what was promised, tell me. What I ask is that you send me an email describing the one thing that I should/can do better in order to continue in a productive relationship. I will repair the fault to your satisfaction or return your latest fee.

In addition, I will refer you to a coach whose practice lines up more with your style or goals, should that be your wish.
